The courses are provided by:
- German S. Sharygin, the Head of the Department, Doctor of Science, Professor, Honoured Scientist of Russian Federation. Fields of interest: active and passive radiolocation, radio intelligence, troposphere wave propagation, statistic structure of VHF and UHF electromagnetic fields over the terrestrial and marine surfaces. 6 PostD and 28 PhD theses were defended under his leadership and consultation.
— Vadim P. Denisov, Doctor of Science, Professor. Fields of interest: phase radiolocation, influence of the path condition on the accuracy of measuring radio systems. 6 PhD theses were defended under his leadership and consultation.
- Nikolai P. Krasnenko, Doctor of Science, Professor. Fields of interest: atmosphere acoustic sounding. 5 PhD theses were defended under his leadership and consultation.
- Jury P. Akulinitchev, Doctor of Science, Professor. Fields of interest: troposphere wave propagation, statistic theory of radio systems. 3 PhD theses were defended under his leadership and consultation.
- Vladimir I. Tislenko, Doctor of Science, Professor. Fields of interest: statistic analysis and synthesis of radio systems and devices under influence of different kind of disturbances. 4 PhD theses were defended under his leadership and consultation.
